Continuity Aftercare

Sorrel Leaf Healing Center's Continuity Aftercare Clinic will be a cornerstone of our continuum of care. Often children and families need support moving back into their regular routine after a child has had a mental health crisis and is discharged from our services.

 

As such, we will continue to offer individual and group therapy, family systems therapy, and case management for 3-6 months following a stay at our Crisis Residential Treatment Center.
