Mobile Response
Our Mobile Response Team provides services in the community with a licensed mental health practitioner and a mental health rehabilitation specialist. Our team and vehicle are available to travel wherever in the county a young person is struggling and needing immediate support such as school, a hospital emergency room, law enforcement, another mental health facility or the child’s home.
The goal of our Mobile Response is to de-escalate the crisis situation, provide immediate counseling and case management, and whenever possible to prevent hospitalization or the need for a higher level care. The young person and their caregivers will participate in the creation of an individualized emergency safety plan. Additionally, the youth may receive individual therapy, family interventions, case management, and/or a medication consultation during the crisis intervention and the days or weeks following the crisis.
